The Series Resort Khaoyai - Pakchong

Well decorated and brand-new room with nice size bathroom and feather pillows. Very caring and highly efficient personnel that give you their best service, very comfy bed. Free parking onsite provided. Nice pool to relax in too. Location near to the nature, mountain and Khao Yai national park.

The room we stayed in was brand-new and modern with additional toiletries, 6 bottles of water and complimentary mini bar. The location was marvellous, and the gorgeous breakfast was offered.

This place is in a fantastic remote location near Khao Yai national park and Khao Yai, offering friendly and excellent service.

Beautifully designed resort, great staff, well-equipped rooms with modern gadgets, lovely surroundings, fully equipped gym.

The staff were absolutely exceptionally kind. the accommodation had a remote setting in nature. It's near Thailand and Khao Yai National Park. the room was brand-new, spotless, and had a complimentary mini bar and six bottles of water.

We absolutely loved the food and rooms at The Series Resort Khaoyai. They had everything we needed and we definitely enjoyed eating at their onsite restaurant, Charn. The service was also very good. The resort served as a great base for exploring Pakchong.

Natural atmosphere, nice scenery, big swimming pool, fitness room, splendid breakfast, friendly and hard-working staff.

The breakfast was splendid, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff members were hard-working, friendly, and provided a warm welcome. They were really nice too ensure a nice stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local shops and the fine Khao Yai national park.

Everything is what i need and want.

We had a good experience at a resort in Khaoyai. The staff surprised us with a birthday cake and cookies , , made us feel special. The services provided were excellent and attentive. we enjoyed our time at the resort. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel.

Exclusivity at its Finest Here, we experienced luxury like never before! the exclusive amenities met all our needs, from the private facilities to the sun terrace and garden area. the full body massage was a highlight, and the saltwater pool and outdoor swimming pool were divine. the restaurant and bar/lounge area served excellent breakfast, and the room advantages were truly exclusive. Not to forget the exceptional service provided by the staff, always eager to assist.

A Minor Quibble Unfortunately, this hotel had one minor issue. the location, although lovely and surrounded by nature, required guests to have their own car to drive around the area.

We had a fantastic romantic getaway and enjoyed the lovely natural surroundings of the hotel. the staff were incredibly caring and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We loved the complimentary afternoon tea and birthday cake that we received, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch with a great spread of food options. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near some must-see attractions.

The prices for food and drinks were a bit on the expensive side. our room lacked a coffee maker and the bread at the bakery could have been better.
